Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on orders over $55 CAD / $40 USD / £40 / €40 to most countries, after discounts and promo codes are applied. Every order ships with tracking so you always know where your package is.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility. Processing times may be slightly longer during sale periods and holidays.

Canada

Standard shipping — 2–3 business days processing + 5–10 business days delivery. Tracking included, no signature required.
Express shipping — 2–3 business days processing + 2–4 business days delivery.

United Kingdom & Europe

Standard shipping — 2–3 business days processing + 7–14 business days delivery. Tracking included.
Express shipping — 2–3 business days processing + 3–7 business days delivery.

Orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties upon arrival.

Australia & New Zealand

Standard shipping — 2–3 business days processing + 10–20 business days delivery. Tracking included.

Rest of world

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 10–25 business days for standard shipping. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at support@tjauri.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears stuck in transit or is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate and make it right.
