Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The return window starts from the date your order is delivered or picked up.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Earrings must be in their original, unopened packaging for hygiene reasons.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Worn earrings
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer 30-day exchanges on all eligible items. Items must meet the same conditions as returns above. Have your order confirmation email or order number ready when you reach out.

1-Year Warranty

Every TJAURI piece comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your item has a material or workmanship defect, we'll replace it.

The warranty does not cover:

• Lost items
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. surface scratches from daily use)
• Damage from improper use or storage
• Modifications made after purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
