    About Our Jewelry

    Is your jewelry actually waterproof? +

    Yes. Waterproof means waterproof. Shower in it, swim in it, sweat in it. Every TJAURI piece is built on a 316L stainless steel core with 18K gold plating — it doesn't react to water, chlorine, or sweat. Put it on. Leave it on.

    Will it tarnish or turn my skin green? +

    No. Cheap jewelry tarnishes because it uses low-quality base metals. We use 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. No green skin, no black marks, no surprises.

    Is TJAURI jewelry hypoallergenic? +

    Yes. Every piece is lead-free, nickel-free, and made with 316L stainless steel — the same grade used in medical implants. Safe for sensitive skin, including ears.

    What does the 1 year warranty cover? +

    Manufacturing defects — broken clasps, faulty closures, plating issues under normal wear. Doesn't cover damage from misuse or accidents. If something's wrong with your piece, reach out and we'll make it right.

    Can I wear it to the gym, beach, or pool? +

    Yes, yes, and yes. Sweat, salt water, chlorine — none of it is a problem. That's literally why we made it this way.

    How do I care for my jewelry? +

    Just wear it. Wipe occasionally with a soft cloth, avoid bleach or acetone, store in the pouch when not wearing. That's it.

    Where are you based? +

    We are based in Kitchener, Canada but we ship worldwide to most countries.


    How can I track my order? +

    Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.

    Do you offer free shipping? +

    FREE shipping to Canada is available for orders over $65 CAD after discounts and promo codes. Shipping fees apply to destinations outside Canada.

    When will my order ship? +

    Processing Time:

    In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

    Orders are prioritized and shipped within 1 business day.

    Please note: During peak periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Express orders may take up to 3 business days to process.

    When will my order arrive? +

    For accurate details regarding the arrival of your package, consult your tracking number. Allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

    Do I need to pay custom fees? +

    In most instances, customs fees are not applicable. However, in certain rare situations, handling fees and taxes may be imposed as your order goes through customs. Any charges on a parcel are the responsibility of the recipient, including retail and wholesale customers. Regrettably, Tjauri has no influence over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of the cost, as customs policies and import duties differ significantly from one country to another.

    Customer Care

    What if my package is delayed? +

    On rare occasions, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time mentioned above. Most delays are caused by customs processes, which are unfortunately beyond our control. However, rest assured, we will ensure that you receive your parcel.

    If, for any reason, your parcel is lost, we will gladly offer to send you a replacement free of charge or provide a refund, depending on your preference. Simply contact us here.

    Can I amend or cancel the order? +

    We work super hard at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments or cancel the order. However, please contact us here as soon as possible to see if it is possible to amend/cancel your order. We will do our best to accomodate your request if possible.

    My item arrived damaged! +

    Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this! We do ship all orders with bubble bags and gift boxes to protect the jewelry but in the rare cases your item(s) arrived damaged please contact us immediately at support@tjauri.com, providing your order number and photos of damage. We will review and inform you of the steps we can take to resolve it.

    Kindly note that we cannot accept claims submitted more than 90 days of the date of your order, nor can we address damages resulting wear and tear or mishandling of the item.

    How can I return my order? +

    We want you to be satisfied with your jewelry and offer you a stress free shopping experience. You may return eligible item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the order. Simply click hereto submit a return request.


    *Holiday Return Policy Extension: Orders between November 1st and December 15th will have their return policy extended until January 15th, 2025.*

    We charge $12 CAD for the return shipping label for orders within Canada and the USA. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are making an exchange, we offer complimentary return labels for your original order. Note that we do not accept packages shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, any other couriers. Packages incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted.

    Returned items must be:
    - Unworn, Unused and in new condition
    - In their original packaging
    - Sale items, jewelry care, accessories, greeting cards, and novelty kits are FINAL SALE
    - Accompanied by the original packing list

    Promotional discounts are subject to be final sale items. Please see fine print of promotional discount code before purchasing.

    How is the Jewelry packaged? +

    We ship all jewelry in our custom gift boxes. Sometimes numerous items can come in one gift box. Each item is put inside individual pouch bags to ensure they are safe and protected during travel. If you would like each item to come in separate custom black gift boxes with a gift bag, then please purchase 'Gift Packaging' as an add on before you checkout.
